1. Basic Setup – Decoration & Candy Bar
Price: from 480€ to 850€

Includes:

  • Decoration of a table of wishes

  • Themed table decoration (with fabrics, decorations, signs)

  • Candy bar with sweets (e.g. cupcakes, cookies, marshmallows) for up to 80 people

  • 1 centerpiece set for welcome table or wish book

  • Transportation, set-up and dismantling

  • Indicative theme (e.g. teddy bear, rainbow, floral)


Ideal for a simple baptism with an emphasis on joy and aesthetics.

2. Premium Day Coordination – Decoration + Day Coordination
Price: from €850 to €1,400

Includes:

  • Everything in Basic Setup

  • Additional church decorations (candles, rice basket, baptismal font decoration)

  • Planner present on the day of the baptism for coordination

  • Collaboration with 1–2 key suppliers (photographer, animator, etc.)

  • Daily schedule & checklist

  • Contact with church & venues


Ideal for parents who want to enjoy the day without stress.

3. Full Baptism Planning – From A to Z
Price: from €1,400 to €2,500

Includes:

  • Baptism concept design from scratch

  • Church & reception decoration

  • Candy bar with themed styling

  • Selection & coordination of all suppliers

  • Moodboard & thematic identity creation

  • Wish book, signage, cards/invitations (design + printing)

  • Day coordination by a professional

  • Menu suggestions / venues / music / guest gifts

  • Communication with godparents and relatives

4. Theme + Entertainment Combo – Theme + Entertainment
Price: from €1,600 to €2,800

Includes:

  • The entire Full Planning package

  • Complete thematic decoration (custom constructions, photo corners, balloon arrangements)

  • Animator or entertainment program (e.g. face painting, puppet show, bubbles)

  • Photobooth or Polaroid camera with props

  • Souvenirs for children & activity packs

  • Organizing games/children's activities at the reception

5. Luxury Package – All-Inclusive Experience

  • Design curation of experience with custom branding (christening logo, wish book, menu, signs)
